What We do for Organizations

We partner with business owners, senior managers, CEO’s, entrepreneurs accountable for the overall performance and profitability of a small to medium-size business/profit center. 

In working with and for these individuals, we assist them in  achieving their business and strategic goals by measurably increasing the effectiveness and efficiency of their revenue-generating/mission critical “key people”… those contributing, high-potential, hard-to-replace individuals, most responsible -- and necessary – for both short and long-term success.

A “Key Person” is typically identified as:

• “A producer, leader, motivator, project manager, and/or facilitator of staff and work … someone who consistently is able to achieve within their area of expertise.”

A “key person” can be found at any level of the organization and they usually hold positions considered revenue-generating and/or  mission-critical.  Examples:

• Business owner/senior manager
  
• Supervisor and/or project manager
• New hire in the sales force
• A seasoned executive  in a “C” suite position

A "key person" is the type of individual that every organization  seeks to attract, hire, develop, retain and promote.  This group might comprise roughly 30% of the workforce.
