Career Transition
Career transitions typically put us through a major "change" in our work lives. Most people want to avoid them and put them out of their minds.
Perhaps this upcoming change can be expected and within our control -- maybe it is even well-planned, purposeful and welcome. Some of our best work here at Accord Career Services LLC is done in the areas of succession planning, second careering, and outplacement.
At other times it comes more suddenly and it is predominately out of our control.
